• We ship both domestically and worldwide. If FedEx is not present in our customer’s country, we can apply Aramex or UPS as a courier company.


• For international deliveries, additional shipping charges may apply. With exceptionally large orders, deliveries are usually free of charge to our customers.


• Ouros Jewels uses International Priority service For Shipping. Please note that we are not responsible for any import duties and taxes that may be applied by the local government.


• The delivery time may be prolonged due to the custom clearance process. However, international delivery doesn’t usually take longer than 7 to 12 days, depending on your exact location.

• Following orders are non returnable: modified items, engraved items, resized items; items that have previously been exchanged; and custom designed jewelry. If a piece is returned for a refund or canceled during production, your next purchase will be considered as exchange.

How to Return an Order:
